Camping this weekend
This weekend we went on our 1st camping trip of the season to San Luis Reservoir (Google Map). On way back we stopped at a field of flowers. The yellow flowers with hills in the back presented a beautiful setting. It looked like a setting of a Hindi movie. Here are some nice photos from the trip.

Google Earth: Terrain map of Nainital
While playing with Google Earth yesterday, I brought up a satellite image of Nainital (my hometown). The angular view is really cool. This is the 1st time I am having an idea of the relative layout of the hills and nearby cities. Too bad the resolution is not very good, or I could have identified my home, school and other places of interest.
