The thoughts in comments vary from discriminatory and illegal to “foolish idea for a startup”.
I slightly differ from this thought. I love working with people who have interesting lives outside work; family or not.
In the Indian context, unmarried people with interesting lives are surely difficult to find. Most Indian bachelors live rotate around these few things: work, movies (mostly useless bollywood, tollywood..*wood movies), more work and matrimonial sites.
Married people tend to be more interesting because they invariably have kids. And kids do make lives interesting. Sometimes it may just be because of the trouble they cause….
